To update your default notifications for all accounts
Visit My Accounts
Click the “Notification Settings” button on the top-right corner of the page.
From here, you can choose the types of alerts you want to receive.
This sets which notification categories you will receive for all of your followed accounts. You can check out the steps in the GIF below -

To customise your notifications, visit My Accounts, select one of your followed accounts, then click on "All" next to an account in Notification Types.
