How to share a conversation
Go to DatabookAI
Select the Conversation you wish to share from your conversation History in the left navigation
In the top-right corner, click the Share option
The shared link is generated and is automatically copied to clipboard for your convenience that can be sent to your colleague.

Before sharing the conversation URL, make sure you have clicked the Share button.
DatabookAI generates a unique and secure shareable URL only after the Share button is clicked.
If you copy and send the standard browser URL without using the Share button, your colleagues will not be able to access that link.
The share link provides access to the conversation up to the point when the Share button is clicked. Any subsequent messages in the conversation won't be visible to those the conversation is shared with (unless the conversation is re-shared with a new shareable URL).
Conversations shared from Databook can only be viewed by colleagues in your organization who have a Databook account.
