How do I set up my Databook account

Setting up your Databook account takes just two minutes and helps personalize your Databook experience

Go to the invite link received in your email from your administrator to set up an account, which then takes you to the Databook page.

Once you navigate to Databook -

You will see the below page > Click on "Start"

  1. Enter your name as showcased in the image below -

  2. Once your name is entered, choose your role so Databook can tailor insights to your specific responsibilities -

  3. Once you've entered your role, Databook will ask you to select the accounts you'd like to follow. Simply enter the account name and choose the relevant accounts to receive insights. Please refer to the screenshots below for guidance -

  4. Select the communication style as per your preference -

  5. Select the response length as per your choice -"Concise, Standard or Detailed"-

  6. You can also add more details as per your taste to get tailored insights

  7. You can then click on Continue to get insights on any of the followed account -


​Next you will see the "Ask anything about your accounts" page - This enables you to get personalized insights from Databook's proprietary datasets and deep domain expertise for accounts. Click on Continue to move ahead


Assets - These include customized account plans, executive briefs that help you generate consistent, high-quality outputs across every deal. You can download assets for your key accounts.


Coach Workflows - These are multi-step coaching workflows grounded in buyer priorities and proven playbooks, arming you with the information needed to act upon.
