Setting Your Asset Live

This article explains the next steps after your asset has been configured and reviewed. Once it is ready, you can publish it so your go-to-market team can start using it, and share it to help drive adoption.

Saving your work

Changes in the asset builder aren't saved automatically, so be sure to save before you navigate away.

  • While you have unsaved changes, a save banner appears at the top of the builder.

  • If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, you'll get a warning first — so you don't lose your configuration.

  • Any asset you haven't published yet will appear in your asset list with a Draft status.

Note: You can save your progress at any time in the asset builder and come back to finish later.

Setting an asset live

When you're ready to publish, choose Set Live. This opens a short confirmation step where you finalize how the asset is published and make it available to your team.

Once live, the asset's status changes from Draft to Active in your asset list.

Confirmation

After your asset goes live, you'll see a confirmation letting you know it's been published and is ready for your team to use.

Updating an asset later

You can reopen a project in the asset builder to update its content or settings, then set it live again.
