When do you see this option?
If you open a Company Snapshot page for a company that hasn't been fully added to Databook yet, you'll see a banner at the top letting you know: "You're viewing a snapshot of this company".
Alongside you will see a "Request full profile" call to action button:
What benefits does requesting a full company profile unlock?
Selecting Request full profile starts an automatic import of that company into Databook. Once the import finishes, the company will have a full Databook profile — the same experience you get with any other core Databook account.
Requesting the full profile unlocks:
Richer, company-specific account intelligence — not just general industry-level insights
AI-generated assets like decks, briefs, and emails
AI Coach workflows built specifically for that account
Ongoing notifications and monitoring
How do you request to add a new company to Databook?
Open the Company Snapshot page for the company you want to add.
Select Request full profile.
That's it — the import runs automatically in the background. There's nothing else to configure or approve.
How long does it takes?
The import typically completes within three hours. You don't need to keep the page open or check back. Databook will notify you when the full profile is ready.
The next time you visit that company (whether through search, an account list, or a shared link), you'll be taken straight to the new full profile instead of the snapshot.
Good to know
You can request a full profile for any company shown as a Company Snapshot, no matter its size or industry.
If the company is a subsidiary with a parent that’s already fully in Databook, the snapshot may point you to the parent profile instead — in that case, the parent likely already has the richer insights, assets, and workflows you’re looking for, so a separate import usually isn’t necessary.
