These settings let you tell Databook how many hours a piece of work would normally take, and what an hour of that work costs, for each asset type and coach in your organization. Databook uses those two numbers together to estimate the time and cost impact of using AI-generated assets and AI coaching instead of doing the work manually.
Only Organization Admins can see and manage this page.
Where to find it
Go to Config > Analytics settings in the Admin Console. The page has two sections: Assets and Coaches.
Setting hours and cost per hour
For each asset type or coach listed:
Field | What it means |
Number of hours | How many hours it would typically take someone to produce this manually, without Databook. |
Cost per hour | The hourly cost to assign to that time, used to translate hours into a dollar value. |
To change a value:
Find the asset or coach you want to update, under Assets or Coaches.
Enter a new number of hours and/or cost per hour. Both come with default values already filled in, so you only need to change the ones that don't fit your organization.
Click Save to apply your changes.

These values apply across your whole organization, not per user.
Every asset type and coach comes with a default number of hours and cost per hour already set, so this page is about adjusting defaults to match your organization's own numbers, not starting from a blank page.
Changes take effect after you click Save; unsaved edits are lost if you navigate away first.
