Finding coaches, prompts and assets in the library

Start from the job you need to get done, not the type of tool.

Written by Geetanjali Sharma

The library brings every coach, prompt and asset you have access to into one place. You can browse by the go-to-market stage you're working on, see recommendations, or search everything at once. You don't need to know whether you need a coach, a prompt or an asset before you start looking.

Opening the library

  • Select a card under What to work on on the home page to open the library at that stage.

  • Select View all in Where to start to open the full library page.

  • The library also opens from the message box in a new conversation and from an account page.

Go-to-market stages

Every item is matched to the go-to-market job it helps with, such as stakeholder mapping, building an ROI business case or managing a renewal. Each job belongs to one of four stages:

Stage

Covers

Generate demand

Marketing, awareness and pipeline creation

Engage & qualify prospects

Prospecting, lead qualification and first meetings

Advance & close deals

Opportunity work, from needs analysis to signature

Retain & expand customers

Onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion

Each item shows the stage of its main job. The stages are the same across all users.

Your organization’s own items

Coaches, prompts and assets your organization sets live in AI Studio appear in the library alongside Databook's own. They're matched to a go-to-market job automatically when they're created or changed, so there's nothing extra to do. Only people in your organization can see them.

Items without a stage

A few items don't fit any go-to-market job, for example a prompt that explains how to use Databook. These items have no stage, so they don't appear under By GTM stage or in the What to work on cards. They still appear in Recommended and in search.

If you can't find an item under a stage, search for it by name or scroll Recommended. Nothing you have access to is removed from the library.

If an item is under the wrong stage

Items are matched to jobs by an AI model, so occasionally one may sit under a stage you don't expect. Let your account team know the item's name and the stage you expected.

Build your own

If your role is Builder, Strategist or Organization Admin, the library shows Create your own coach, prompt or asset, which opens AI Studio. If your role is User, you won't see this option. See User roles in Databook.
