GTM Asset Library: Use Cases by Team

This article maps the go-to-market (GTM) assets that teams can generate using Asset Builder.

Written by Geetanjali Sharma

Asset Builder delivers the most value for assets with dynamic content —content that varies by account, buyer/persona, or industry—while maintaining consistent design and messaging. Databook automatically populates these assets with account-specific intelligence, helping teams create personalized content at scale.

How to read this page

Each asset listed below can be created as a reusable template using {{placeholders}}, allowing your GTM team to generate it on demand for any target account. Assets are grouped by the team most likely to own them, though many can be used across multiple teams. For each asset, the following two attributes are highlighted:

  • Driven by — the dynamic dimension that changes each time the asset is generated: ACCOUNT, BUYER, INDUSTRY.

  • Audience — whether the asset is INTERNAL or CUSTOMER-FACING.

Cross-cutting template types

A handful of asset types recur across teams and make the strongest starting templates. Build each one once, then reuse it broadly:

  • Account brief — Overview, financials, priorities, and signals for any account.

  • Meeting / call plan — A prep one-pager based on the account and attendees.

  • Executive letter — Personalized outreach to a named executive.

  • Value / business-case deck — Your solution mapped to the account's challenges and metrics.

  • Industry POV — Sector priorities, benchmarks, and outcomes.

  • Prospecting sequence — Trigger-based outbound keyed to the account and buyer.

This catalog is intended as a starting point for exploring potential use cases and should not be considered a committed roadmap of pre-built assets. Each item still needs a source template with placeholders before it can be configured in Asset Builder — see Preparing your template
