The Recommended tab, in Where to start on the home page and in the library, lists every coach, prompt and asset you have access to, sorted so the most relevant come first.
Recommended is a sort order, not a filter
Nothing is hidden or removed. Every item you can access appears once, with the least relevant at the bottom. If the order isn't quite right for you, scroll, search or browse by stage to reach anything.
How the order is worked out
What Databook looks at | How it's used |
Your role | The main factor. Each go-to-market job has roles it typically serves. Items whose job matches your role rank highest. |
What your organization uses | How often people in your organization use each item. This decides the order between items that match your role equally well. |
Variety at the top | Near the top of the list, Databook avoids showing too many items for the same job, so you see a range of options. Other items move further down; they're not removed. |
If you haven't set a role, or nothing matches it, items are sorted by how much your organization uses them, then newest first.
Your role is the one you chose when you set up your Databook profile.
Pinned items
Your organization can pin one asset and one coach. Pinned items always appear at the top of Recommended, above the items sorted for you. Everyone in your organization sees the same pinned items. To learn how to set these up, see Pinning an asset and a coach for your organization.
When the order changes
The order is worked out fresh each time you open the home page. Changes in what your organization uses, and new items your organization sets live in AI Studio, show up on your next visit.
What recommendations don’t use
The order is based only on your role, your organization’s usage and any pinned items. It doesn’t take into account:
The accounts you follow
CRM data, such as open opportunities or deal stage
Your organization’s fiscal quarter
What you personally have run before (usage is counted across your organization)

Why is this item at the top for me? | It's pinned by your organization, it matches the work your role usually does, it's popular in your organization, or a mix of these. |
Why don't I see any coaches near the top? | The prompts and assets above them are a closer match for your role, or are used more in your organization. Scroll the list, use By GTM stage, or filter to Coaches on the full library page. |
Why does my colleague see a different order? | The order depends on each person's role. |
I followed new accounts but my recommendations didn't change. | Followed accounts don't affect the order. They do shape My accounts and New activity on your accounts on the home page. |
Can I remove something from my recommendations? | No. Recommended always shows everything you have access to. Star the items you use most to keep them in your Favorites tab. |
