What are buyer contacts and contact strategies?

Buyer contact prompts help users identify relevant contacts at a company by filtering based on department, job level, title, and geography. Contact strategies provide further insights as to the most relevant contacts to engage at an account for your solution or use case.

These can be tricky for users to construct manually — configuring them as one-click prompts simplifies the process and improves results.

Example Prompt Types

Contact Details

Return a list of contacts matching specific filters.

Example:

Provide contact details for executives who work at {{account}} in the marketing department; whose job titles refer to ABM or account-based marketing; are director level and above; and are based in North America.

Contact Strategy

Guide users on how to approach a certain buyer group.

Example:

Build me a contact strategy for marketing directors at {{account}} in North America.
