What is the Prompt Editor?
The Prompt Editor in DatabookAI Studio enables workspace admins to configure reusable, one-click prompts. These prompts help guide users to ask DatabookAI specific questions in a consistent and scalable way.
Once published, these prompts appear in the Prompt Library within the DatabookAI app for all users in your workspace.

Advanced Prompt Categories
Technographics
Technographics prompts help users discover what technologies a company is currently using. These prompts can be difficult to phrase correctly, so configuring them as one-click prompts in DatabookAI Studio helps ensure reliable, high-quality responses.
For more details, see the guide to technographics prompts.
Buyer contacts & contact strategies
Buyer contact prompts help users identify relevant contacts at a company by filtering based on department, job level, title, and geography. These can be tricky for users to construct manually — configuring them as one-click prompts simplifies the process and improves results.
For more details, see the guide to buyer contact & contact strategy prompts.
Custom prompts
Custom prompts let you create one-click prompts tailored to your organization’s specific needs. These are especially useful for recurring tasks like executive messaging, strategy summaries, or internal frameworks.

4. Click Send Prompt to receive an AI-generated response tailored to their request.
Tips for Admins
- Prompts are workspace-wide assets. All users in your workspace can access them.
- To improve usability, add a short, clear name (e.g. “IT Contacts” or "AI Technographics”) at the beginning of the prompt.
- Prompts should guide, not restrict — keep instructions clear, but not overly complex.
