Here is the reformatted documentation for MS Teams Setup β ready to be pasted into an Intercom Help Center article:
Installing the Databook app in Microsoft Teams
You can install the Databook app for Microsoft Teams from the AppSource marketplace:
Follow the prompts to add the application to your Microsoft account, so that itβs available in your personal conversations.
If you previously sideloaded the app, we recommend uninstalling all older instances and deleting any associated chat history.
Using the Databook app in Microsoft Teams
1. Login
Before you can send messages, link your Databook account using the login
command. Follow the prompts to sign in.
To log out, use the logout
command.
You can only link one Databook account per Microsoft account. To switch accounts, logout first and then login again with a different Microsoft account.
2. Sending Messages
In personal conversations, you can message Databook AI directly and get responses.
In group conversations, you must prefix your message with @Databook.
Known Limitations
Message streaming is not supported in group chats β responses may be slower and more likely to timeout.
Conversation context is shared in group chats. Even if multiple users are logged into separate Databook accounts, the context is shared for that group thread.
