By default, the integration syncs selected standard fields relating to standard objects such as accounts and opportunities, to support agentic workflows in Databook.

The integration is designed to provide Salesforce admins with full control, deciding which data point can be synced.

Object: Account

Standard fields such as:

  • Annual Revenue/ACV

  • Description

  • Industry

  • Account Name

  • Number of Employees

  • Owner ID

  • Number of Employees

  • Owner ID

  • Parent ID

  • Ticker Symbol

  • Website

We also need to sync the custom field DUNS_Number__c or map the field where the DUNS ID for the account is stored, so that we can map accounts to companies in Databook.

This object and these fields have been identified to support all guided workflows and reasoning where an understanding of the current context in an Account is important. These fields are non-exhaustive and additional fields which are important to specific workflows should be added.
